 Thanks to having sex with Cattleya, I was able to train feeling refreshed from the morning.

Speaking of training, Maya hasn't been participating lately because she wants to conserve her magical power. Being a sage, she probably has a lot of magic, and it takes time to recover. After the meal, since it was our daily routine to talk about the technologies from our world in the library, I called out to Maya.

“Maya, shall we talk after this?”

On the way to the library, I asked why things seemed off.

“Everyone seemed strange today. Do you know why?”

“...It’s because of you.”

“Your maid came and told us right before lunch.”

"I thought you might be concerned, so I came to inform you."

From here, Maya launched into a non-stop rant.

After her rant, Maya calmed down and wanted to forget about it.

I wanted to make an excuse, but since I was scared, I just agreed.

Maya turned bright red. Her reaction, typical of her age, was quite endearing.

"Dai-san, Maya-san, here you are."

"I have something I want to share with everyone, so please gather."

The commander called for us, so we gathered together.

“Thank you for gathering, everyone. To get straight to the point, a nearby mine has been occupied by demons. I understand you’re in training, but I’d like your help in reclaiming the mine and exterminating the demons.”

So, the mission involving demons has finally come…

“I understand. Do you have a detailed map of the mine?”

“Yes, here it is.”

The strategy meeting began from there. Thanks to our scouts, we understood the number of enemies and their positions. Our group of five knights and us were to head there. That night, we also had dinner together, along with the maids and butlers assigned to us.

“It’s a bit early, but let’s do our best, everyone.”

Iris asked with concern.

“Dai-dono must be nervous since it’s his first time in this kind of battle. But don’t worry, as a knight, I will protect him!”

“Dai-sama, don’t worry about the demons and just use that brain of yours to crush them.”

“That’s right. Please save us!”

All the maids and butlers, except for Cattleya, looked at me expectantly.

Cattleya seemed like she wanted to say something, but she remained silent.
