Chapter 158 - Ten Years Later

After finishing breakfast alongside some parent-child intimacy, I didn't just spend the rest of the morning having sex—believe it or not. I actually headed to my office to perform a few duties becoming of a King.

Waiting for me there was another familiar face. We’ve been working together for ten years now, so you could call her a staple of my daily life...

It was Tamagushi, the former Eighth Princess of Niosebuk.

"I am impressed by your punctual arrival, Sir Sao. Despite attending to over a hundred maidens every morning, you are never once late. Such behavior, incomprehensible to the common man, is surely one of the requirements of a true sovereign."

"It’s a bit of a problem if the reason people can't 'comprehend' it is purely negative, though."

The name "Niosebuk" no longer exists anywhere on the world map. These days, Tamagushi is rarely referred to as the Eighth Princess; her most common title is "Chief Secretary of the Sao-Harem Autonomous Region."

I’d love to pause and poke fun at the name "Sao-Harem," but first things first.

After being liberated from Niosebuk, Tamagushi was supposed to claim the title of Princess of the Holy Kingdom of Shikishima through her maternal lineage. Instead, she declined, choosing to work by my side even if it meant becoming a commoner with no status to lean on.

"Because I shall forever be the shrine maiden who serves Sir Sao," she had said.

Meanwhile, her mother, Lady Azusayumi, returned to their homeland, the former Holy Kingdom of Shikishima. She is currently working tirelessly to rebuild it, having installed the daughter she had with me as the new Princess.

Most of the former Niosebuk territory consists of a collection of such destroyed nations. We spare no effort in aiding the survivors who are trying to restore their fallen kingdoms.

"Sir Sao, we have received reports on agricultural yields from various districts today. Please look over them. Afterward, we are scheduled for an inspection of the newly completed water purification facility..."

"I see, I see."

...An inspection? If we're going out, does that mean she’s coming along?

"That’s right, Sao!"

A beautiful woman, another very familiar face, burst through the door with a loud bang.

"Big Sis"

"Guarding Sao is my job! I'll be stuck to your side twenty-four-seven today to make sure you're thoroughly protected!!"

My biological sister and the woman to whom I gave my virginity. Along with my mother, she’s been with me the longest, and she naturally moved to the former Niosebuk territory with me.

Her role here is my bodyguard. To ensure no harm comes to me, the ruler, she stays by my side at all times. As a [Holy Knight], it’s a role that suits her perfectly. However, it seems some people aren't too fond of the arrangement...

"Ms. Calibur... as I tell you every time, please remember your place," Tamagushi said, her smile unable to hide a sharp thorniness. "Protecting Sir Sao is a noble task, but protection is all that is required. Do not use your proximity as an excuse to go into heat in the shadows."

"If you say it every time, then you already know the answer, don't you? No need to keep repeating yourself," Big Sis shot back with an equally defiant smile. They met right after the fall of Niosebuk, and they've been at it like this ever since.

"I keep telling you because you refuse to correct your behavior! Why don't you try separating public and private life for once?"

"Oh, look who's talking! You call yourself a 'Secretary' but you're getting plowed in the office every single day! Don't act like I'm the only one sneaking ahead!"

"Ugh!"

Even in a nation where every citizen is female, Big Sis and Tamagushi are likely the "Twin Peaks" of obsession when it comes to me. Because of that, they clash day and night. They constantly compete over who receives more of my affection, which has inevitably turned into a competition over how many of my children they can bear.

Currently, Big Sis has five and Tamagushi has four—Sister is in the lead by one. (Though Big Sis had the advantage of being pregnant before I even met Tamagushi).

"Alright, alright, that’s enough."

The last thing I want is for the women I've held to be at odds because of me. I have zero interest in some "Inner Palace" style soap opera full of muddy love and hate.

"I told you both, no fighting. And you aren't neglecting the kids, are you? I won't allow you to just pop them out just to brag about how many times I've loved you."

(As I say it, I feel the "hypocrisy boomerang" hitting me in the back of the head.)

"Of course not! I gave them swordsmanship lessons before heading out today!"

"And I cooked breakfast myself! They ate every last bite!"

Fine, then.

"Then, as both a reward and a punishment, both of you—take off your panties and turn your rears toward me."

At my words, Big Sis and Tamagushi didn't hesitate for a second. With speed exceeding a spinal reflex, they shed their panties, their tops, and stood completely naked, thrusting their rears out.

...I didn't actually tell them to take everything off, but whatever.

"In our pussies, reserved only for Sao... ❤️❤️"

"Please, insert Sir Sao's thick pole... ❤️❤️"

Only at times like this are they perfectly in sync. I almost suspect they actually get along.

While enjoying the two vaginas and sets of buttocks I am most accustomed to in this life, I’ll take a moment to recount how the other women have spent these ten years.

Lady Staff, The noble daughter who took me from the countryside to the Royal Capital as her guard. She is the benefactor who gave me the bridge to the world. We’ve had sex countless times, but we currently live apart for a reason: her dream. She returned to her own territory to succeed her father and serve as a proper Lord. Being "Pole-Sisters" with the Queen gave her a 1,000/100 head start on networking, and she's doing a magnificent job as a female Lord. She has three of my children now, so the succession is secure. Her new dream is to retire and move in with me once her eldest daughter is ready. (Though I still visit her once a month).

Bloom and Claymore, My classmates from the Royal Academy. Both returned to their territories—Bloom to fulfill her noble duties and Claymore to protect her at the cost of her life. They aren't as obsessed with me as Lady Staff; they plan to live out their lives in their homelands. They've both raised the children they had with me quite strictly. Since it's a bit lonely, I occasionally "ambush" them to play with the kids and plow the mothers to plant new seeds.

Instructor Whip, My teacher at the Academy. After becoming pregnant with my child, she resigned from teaching. She moved to my Autonomous Region, and after giving birth, she started a private school. It grew rapidly into a full-scale Academy, and she now oversees the education of the entire region. Definitely one of our key officials.

Beaker, The "problem teacher" also moved here. She conducts research at her own whim, and some of her inventions have literally pushed civilization up a whole tier. Her recruitment almost caused a diplomatic incident with Regniosegra, but we smoothed it over by sharing the research. She visits me randomly to have sex, claiming it gives her "inspiration." She's contributing to the world by inventing something great every time we bang and birthing a new genius every time she gets pregnant.

Septekifa, The dwarf woman. After her mother, Dakifa, was returned safely, Septekifa moved here to repay the favor. She now runs the industrial sector of the Autonomous Region. It's an incredible asset; I still wonder why the old Niosebuk treated her so poorly. They must have been idiots.

Many other women are either by my side or working toward their own goals in their homelands, believing their efforts will make the world a better place... or so I tell myself to make my sex-junkie lifestyle sound noble.

But the world isn't that simple. Even after destroying the great cancer that was Niosebuk, problems never cease. It’s as if it’s the law of nature.

"Oh... that reminds me," Tamagushi said as we finished our session, semen still overflowing from her groin. "We received another request for an audience. From those people."

"Again?" I frowned. The sweet afterglow of the 3P vanished instantly. "They’re persistent, considering how many times I've turned them down."

"They likely believe that if they want something, it's only natural that it be granted. That is how they have forced through every one of their whims." Tamagushi looked exhausted just thinking about it.

Big Sis looked at us curiously. "What? Did something happen?" Her innocence after all these years is still part of her charm.

"Have you heard of the Photon Cult?" Tamagushi asked wearily. "They aren't familiar in the Kingdom of Regniosegra where you were born, or in the old Niosebuk, but they are an extremely aggressive cult that has taken over half the world."

"Huh..." Big Sis' response was half-hearted. "So, a religious group?"

"Essentially. They spread their influence under the teachings that 'There is only one God' and 'Light is that God.' A key characteristic is that they do not recognize any other faiths."

In this world, religion is usually small-scale—local gods in villages or ancestral deities for noble houses. Beyond that, there's spirit worship. None of these have organized central bodies. But the Photon Cult is different.

"In their main territories, they are a force of nature. Even royalty cannot easily intervene. They have hundreds of thousands of followers; if they were to revolt all at once, no ruler would emerge unscathed. They are a very troublesome lot."

"Why are such dangerous people trying to meet Sao?"

"Lust for power or territory, most likely. Just like everyone else."

Tamagushi’s read is probably spot on. They flourished far away from the region where Niosebuk and Regniosegra maintained their balance. The fact that they're contacting us now means they aren't satisfied with their current territory and are looking to expand into new turf.

"Greedy for a bunch of monks," I muttered.

We thought we had finally found peace after defeating our arch-enemy. But it seems the world still has quests in store for us.

I guess even in an Isekai fantasy, the final boss is always Religion.
