Crow Hornet, a necromancer, was a member of the hero's party. However, he was framed for a crime he didn't commit, tortured by his companions, and ultimately executed.
Cast into a massive chasm known as the Abyss, Crow uses his necromancy at the verge of death to resurrect himself. At the bottom of the Abyss, he discovers a horrifying ruin: the remains of a great metropolis once destroyed by gods. Wandering this city are the former heroes killed by the gods, trapped as undead, unable even to find peace in death.
Realizing that his betrayal by his comrades originated from the divine revelations of these very "gods," Crow shares a common enemy with the fallen heroes. Through his necromancy, he resurrects all 10,000 undead heroic spirits. Armed with the strongest allies in the world and trained by them, Crow awakens as the King of Death and sets his sights back on the surface world to begin his revenge.

Crow and his forces make their move back to the surface world, starting with encounters in villages like Rito.
Chapter 4: The Second Target (15 Chapters)
Focuses on the Red Rose Knights, twisted justice, and the pursuit of the next target for revenge.
